Tuition and Fees

2016-2017

 

Registration Fee & Home School Association Dues $250 / $25
A Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $250 per child as well as the Home School Association Dues of $25 per child (Pre-K Program – 8th) are due at the time of registration. The registration fee includes books, supplies and use of technology in the classroom.

Note 1 – The Archdiocese of Newark considers those families who belong to and participate in Corpus Christi Parish or any other parish in the Archdiocese of Newark as Supporting Families.  . Supporting Families are eligible to participate in a preferred tuition rate program as noted above. Supporting family rate will only be applied once the Verification of Active Status Form (see page 5) has been completed and signed by the Pastor of the Parish. If this form is not completed and signed the Non-Supporting rate will be applied. TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Pre – K Program
Pre – K3 & Pre – K4 Tuition Paid via FACTS Tuition Paid by August 15, 2016

Families with children in both the Pre –K and Kindergarten thru Grade 8 programs are eligible to receive a discount of $425 for Full Time enrollment or $212.50 for Half Time enrollment for the second child in the Pre-K Program only when two or more children are enrolled in both the Pre- K and K thru 8 Grade programs. The staff will confirm any eligible discounts at time of registration. TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

FACTS Tuition Payment

Tuition will be collected using the FACTS Tuition Management Company to make 10 monthly payments or a onetime payment as described herein.  The FACTS system provides payment options with your credit card, or automatic deduction from a bank account.  The FACTS yearly enrollment fee is approximately  $41 payable to FACTS at the time of registration for the new school year.  Tuition payments are payable in ten (10) equal installments on the first of each month beginning July 1, 2016 and ending on April 1, 2017. Families also have the option of paying in full by August 15, 2016.  By paying your tuition in full by August 15, you receive a 3% discount on your child(s) total tuition.   All tuition payments must be completed by April 1, 2017 no matter when you commence payment.  The school office is unable to accept tuition payments unless you are paying in full. All monthly tuition payments must be made through the FACTS system.
